My name is Kelly Coughlin and I am 2x BOLD *one clap* I have been in the business for 3 years now. I moved to Northeast Florida from New York City and jumped right into Real Estate. My first year in real estate I won "Rookie of the Year" with my Brokerage and now an ALC member for the second time. I believe if you put in the work, you will see its benefits. When it comes to my clients/future clients. I believe in building lasting relationships. I am patient and truly listen to the clients needs to help guide them through the transactions seamlessly. My empathy has been my biggest strength. The goal is to closed deals but we also help change lives. All of our current/previous clients know that we are always there for them, real estate or not and the relationship never stops at the closing table. I also am involved in the investing world and have 2 investment properties myself. I always preach about passive income to all the people I work with and how it should be a goal to have generational wealth.
